How does Chogan work? In short: you register for free through a consultant who is already in the company, you buy a starter kit (from 60 euros) and you get a personal discount of up to 50% on most of the catalogue. From there you earn in two ways: you resell the products and keep the margin, or you build a team and collect commissions, from 4% to 35%, on the sales volume of your network. There is no compulsory stock and no forced monthly purchase. In this guide I explain how Chogan works from the inside, with the figures as they stand in 2026 and the parts nobody likes to mention.

I write as an independent Chogan consultant, and I am transparent with you: I earn when you buy and when you join my team. That is exactly why I would rather show you the rules and the dated numbers than make promises. People who join knowing what to expect stick around; people who join on hype quit within two months.

What are the two ways to earn money with Chogan?

The first is direct selling, the reselling side. You buy the products at a discount, in most cases 50% (coffee and the SuppleFit supplement line carry a smaller one, around 30%), and you sell at catalogue price. The difference is your margin. On a 30-euro perfume, for example, you pay 15 and keep 15 if you sell it at list price. That is Chogan reselling at its most basic: no team or ranks, only you and your customers.

The second is the network, the multi-level side. You can invite other people to register with your code (you become their “sponsor”) and you receive a commission on the purchase and sales volume of that team. The percentage is not flat: it depends on your rank and it is paid on a differential basis, which I explain further down.

The important point is that the two sides are independent. You can stick to reselling, you can register only to buy at a discount for yourself, and you can build a team if you want to. Chogan does not force you to recruit anyone. And if you are wondering whether this format makes Chogan a scheme, I wrote a full analysis of whether Chogan is a pyramid scheme, tested against what the law actually says.

How do you start: registration, contract and kit

Becoming a Chogan consultant carries no registration fee and no monthly fee. The process looks like this:

  1. Find an active consultant to sponsor you. Registration asks for the code of the person inviting you; without one, it does not go through.
  2. Register online and sign the consultant agreement. It is free and done the same day.
  3. Buy a starter kit. It is the only compulsory investment: it activates your code and gives you samples to show customers.
  4. Start buying and selling. With the account active, you have your personal discount and a personal online shop the company provides.

The kits were overhauled in March 2026. These are the figures circulating on reseller sites in July 2026 (the official site only shows prices to people already registered, so treat them as indicative):

KitPriceWho it suits
LITEfrom 60 EURtrying the brand or personal use
OLFAZETA149.90 EURstarting the business through perfume
GOLD309.90 EURa fuller business start
BRILHOME349 EURfocused on the home-cleaning line
PLATINUM619.90 EURthe biggest kit on the list

In practice, people who genuinely plan to sell tend to start with the OLFAZETA, because perfume samples are the number-one selling tool. The LITE is mostly for trying things out. The exact contents of each kit change with the catalogue and even resellers do not publish them in full, so ask what is inside before you choose.

What margins and commissions can you expect?

The numbers in this section come from reseller sites and training materials; the official plan sits behind a login. They have been in effect since March 2026 and can change, so always confirm the current figures.

The resale margin you have already seen: up to 50% on most products, around 30% on coffee and supplements.

Network commissions run on points. Every purchase in your team generates points (one point corresponds to roughly 1.25 euros of volume) and your accumulated total sets your rank. The bottom of the ladder looks like this:

RankAccumulated pointsCommission
Partner5004%
Junior Leader1,5008%
Senior Leader3,50012%
Team Leader7,00016%

From there the career ranks take over, from Amethyst (15,000 points, 23%) up to President, which takes 15 million points and pays the maximum the company advertises: 35%.

Now the detail almost nobody explains to newcomers: commission is paid on the difference. You do not receive your percentage on everything your network sells; you are paid the difference between your percentage and each direct line’s. If you sit at 16% and one of your lines sits at 8%, you earn 8% on that line’s volume. Once that line climbs to your rank, it stops paying you anything, and you need volume in other lines (you can hold at most five direct ones). The system rewards people who build several teams in parallel, and it is also why network earnings take time to compound.

What do you have to do every month?

Less than people assume, but not nothing. The practical rules, again per reseller sources, as of July 2026:

  • To keep your code active: 300 points over any 6 months, which works out to some 50 to 60 euros of orders per month on average. You can bundle it into one or two orders; it does not have to be monthly. If you let it lapse, reactivation takes a 350-point order.
  • To collect network commissions in a given month: a minimum of personal points that month, which sources place between 100 and 250 depending on rank. Without that minimum your resale discount keeps working, but that month’s team commissions are lost.
  • Payouts: one widely quoted rule says commissions below 100 euros roll over to the next month instead of being paid out. I could not confirm whether it survives unchanged in the current plan, but budget with it in mind.

There is no autoship and no obligation to hold stock at home. You order when you have customers or when you want to restock your samples.

Is Chogan worth joining?

It depends on what you are after, and here honest numbers matter more than enthusiasm. Chogan publishes no income disclosure, so nobody knows for certain what the typical consultant earns. What industry sources point to: from reselling alone, something like 100 to 500 euros a month for someone working at it regularly part-time; figures like 1,500 or 2,000 euros a month demand an active team and time. None of this is guaranteed, and the record of the MLM industry is that most participants earn little once expenses are counted.

The model makes sense for someone who genuinely likes the products, has contacts or an online presence, and can stay consistent for months. It also makes sense to start small: a kit, a handful of customers, see whether you enjoy the work of selling. I have run these numbers more carefully in another article, if you want to weigh the pros and cons: is Chogan worth it? And if your doubt is more about the company than the business, start by checking whether Chogan is legit.

The short version

Chogan works as classic direct selling with a multi-level layer on top. If you keep two details from this guide, keep these: network commissions are paid on the difference between ranks, and the account stays active on 300 points per half-year. There is no compulsory stock and no forced recruiting, and the pace is yours to set.
