Where to buy Chogan perfume? One route only: through an independent consultant. Chogan has no shops of its own, the products are not carried by perfumeries or department stores, and the only digital option is the personal online shop the company assigns to each consultant, always tied to that person’s code. So the decision in front of you is not where to buy, it is who to buy from. This guide covers the routes that exist, what changes between them, the prices and delivery times to expect, and how to tell a serious consultant from one who will leave you waiting.
I write as an independent Chogan consultant, so I have a stake in this. I am going to tell you what tends to go wrong anyway, because a customer who orders knowing the real timeframe does not end up disappointed.
What are the ways to buy Chogan?
Three, and the difference between them is mostly the level of help you get.
Straight from a consultant. You talk to the person (message, phone, in person), say what you want, they place the order. It is the most common route and the only one where somebody advises you before you commit. It is also the only one where you can try samples first.
Through that consultant’s Chogan online shop. Once their account is active, the company provides each consultant with their own shop. You order there, in your own name and to your own address, and the order carries their code. Useful when you already know exactly which references you want.
On general selling platforms. Chogan products do appear on marketplaces. It works, but you lose everything that matters: no idea how long the bottle has been in storage, nobody to answer afterwards, and a price that tends to sit above catalogue. It is the option I recommend least.
What does not exist, however hard you look: a physical Chogan shop, a perfumery counter, or an official site that sells to the public with no consultant code attached.
Why do you buy through a consultant?
Because that is the company’s model, and because there is a practical part that changes the whole experience.
Chogan perfumes are identified by number, not by brand name. The company does not publish the list that says which number sits close to which well-known fragrance, and it is consultants who pass it around on request. Without that list, buying is guesswork. With it, you choose by olfactory families you already know.
Then there are samples, which I come to below, and there is aftercare. When an order runs late (and sometimes it does), the difference between a good and a bad consultant is having someone who goes and finds out what happened instead of leaving you with no answer.

Is it worth asking for samples first?
It is, and I would say it is the step that separates happy customers from disappointed ones.
Pocket spray samples are listed at around 1 euro each (indicative, July 2026). Two or three cost under 5 euros and save you from a 30-euro bottle that sits on a shelf. Some consultants also keep cases with dozens of references and use them for trial sessions, at home or in a group.
The reason I push this is simple: a fragrance inspired by another is never identical, and how close it lands varies between references. It also varies between skins, as it does with any perfume. Smelling it settles the question in five minutes; reading a description does not.
How do you spot a Chogan consultant worth ordering from?
This is the most useful part of the article. Public complaints about the brand cluster far more around the behaviour of individual resellers than around the products, so it pays to know what to look for.
Signs you are in good hands:
- They ask questions before selling. What you wear now, whether you lean fresh or sweet, what occasion it is for. Anyone who only forwards a list of numbers is not doing the work.
- They offer samples or a trial before the bottle. A clear sign they are not in a hurry to close.
- They give you a concrete timeframe and say where the order ships from. Orders leave Italy and there is an estimated window; an honest consultant tells you that up front.
- They issue a receipt and accept traceable payment. Cash in hand with no paperwork is the exact pattern behind the worst logged complaints.
- They answer after the sale. Ask how an exchange or a damaged product gets resolved before you buy. The answer tells you everything.
- They do not push you to become a consultant. If you came for a perfume and the conversation swings straight to the business, that is not the person to buy a perfume from.
Warning signs: vague timeframes (“it arrives when it arrives”), pressure to decide today, claims that the fragrance is “the same as” a designer one (it is inspired by, never the same), and not knowing the returns policy.

Prices, shipping and delivery times
The figures you can verify publicly, all indicative and collected in July 2026:

On shipping: the tables I found are for the Italian market and work in bands, from small orders (around 10 euros of postage) up to free above 200 euros. I could not find a published table specific to other countries, so ask for the exact figure before you finalise, especially on a small order. On a 10-euro perfume, postage weighs more than the product.
On timing, I will be straight with you. The reference window is 5 to 7 working days, but there are logged complaints about orders that took considerably longer and about missing tracking, with items sitting “in transit from Italy”. It is the most consistent weak spot in the whole operation and there is no point pretending otherwise. Two things cut the risk: combining purchases into one larger order rather than three small ones, and asking for the tracking number when the order ships.
On returns, as a distance purchase inside the EU the 14-day right of withdrawal in European consumer law generally applies. The practical terms (who pays return postage, how quickly a refund lands) are worth confirming in writing with your seller before you pay.
Buying things that are not perfume
The range goes well beyond fragrance: face and body skincare, makeup, home cleaning products, supplements, coffee and more. They are bought exactly the same way, with one common-sense difference.
With perfume, a sample settles it. With creams and supplements there is no shortcut: read the ingredient list, be wary of any promise of a fast result, and on supplements talk to your doctor or pharmacist if you take medication. The short version
Buying Chogan always runs through a consultant, either directly or via the online shop tied to their code. General platforms cost you more and give you no support at all. Since the catalogue price does not change from one consultant to the next, choose on the person: who gives you samples, who quotes a concrete timeframe, who answers after the sale. Ask for samples before the bottle and you will rarely regret the purchase.
